Apple cider vinegar has so many benefits.
It can help with heartburn, acid reflux,  healthy blood sugar, digestive problems, clears acne and so much more. I rarely use apple cider vinegar but this week I'm going to be using it a whole lot more.This week I'm going to challenge myself to drink 2 teaspoons of vinegar each and everyday.
Not only that, but I'm also going to keep you guys updated in the process daily.
